The investigation began with an analysis of available video footage from the schools surveillance system. Subsequent to these efforts a social media post on my agencys Facebook page including still photos of the truck and occupants responsible for the damages. The result was a father calling to offer that he thought the culprits might be his daughter and friends explaining that they were all good kids who made a bad decision. I promptly informed the father that the school districts only interest was restitution
