Describe the music (melody, development of theme, harmony, rhythm, texture, tempo, dynamics etc.) using terminology learned in class. What characteristics or musical materials are indicative of the era and form? What do you hear (or not hear) in the music that tells you the piece is not from the Baroque era?
Choose one other piece (from the second half of the program) and answer the same questions as above.
