You are required to produce a report on a business organisation of your choice. The report should be of 1500 words (+/• 10%) cover the following areas:
• Identification of its mission and strategic objectives
• An analysis and evaluation of its current strategy and performance
• You should include a PESTEL and a SWOT
• Recommendations for the future
The report should be up-to-date and referenced in an appropriate way demonstrating that you have consulted a range of decent sources.
The report should follow this format with approximate word allocations:
• Introduction (10% of word allocation)
• Findings (70 % of word allocation)
• Conclusions (10% of word allocation)
• Recommendations (10% of word allocation)
• References

1. Assessment:

b) research/referencing (Harvard) = 20%
c) theoretical understanding (application of concepts/models from strategy) = 30%
d) overall usefulness, appropriateness and relevance of report = 30%
