Choose a human service organisation in a field of practice that interests you, and interview a practitioner about their assessment processes. Your task is to plan and execute an interview, write up the interview data. Then analyse the data drawing on concepts from the literature. Be sure to identify the model of assessment, any tools used, and the worker’s priorities in approaching assessment. In analysing the assessment processes, be sure to consider both organisational and external pressures on the process.

• Informed and thoughtful selection of points to prioritise drawing on all sections of the task (5 marks)

For this assignment, I chose one organization in my city Brisbane (Australia) related to child safety which is called Child Safety Services. I went to this place and made interview with a child safety officer called Karina, when I asked her some question about the type of assessment they use in work she said they use streanghts assessment model and structured decision making tools. Honestly, she provided me with few information about the work because she was busy and she told me that I can get every thing I want from the website
