(2) What are the positive and negative behaviour of the change agents/OD practitioners/change
managers in the case worth emulating and avoiding? How do these behaviours relate to your
personality, character, strengths and weaknesses, etc.?
A minimum of 8 peer-review journal articles is required to support this section. These references
are used to support the arguments you make in your critical review and provide a theoretical
framework to help explain your analyses.
