You are therefore required to research and evaluate the corporate governance arrangements for a FTSE 100 company of your choice. Your analysis should also comment upon the development of corporate governance within the organisation up to and including the present situation.
You should present your findings in a business report format, and conclude with appropriate recommendations as to how corporate governance may be improved, if required, and your overall opinion as to whether or not the corporate governance arrangements are acceptable, which should then assist the client in their investment selection.
