Overview: In this exercise, you will use Revinate to study the online reputation of your assigned hotel as well as the comp set hotels in the same market. At the end of the exercise, you will have a better sense of the hotel?s competitive strengths and weaknesses, which will aid you in recommending changes to how the hotel is marketed today.
What is Revinate?: Revinate is a software platform designed exclusively for the hospitality industry that makes it easy to take control of your online reputation by using online reviews and social media to learn from and connect with travelers.
Accessing Revinate: You will receive an invitation in your email to join Revinate. The invitation will include a link. When you click the link you will be able to create a password and access your account.
Revinate will also send emails alerting you to new review activity. If you don?t want to receive alerts, go to Settings > My Email Settings. If you have any questions about Revinate or want to access the User Guide, log in and click the ?help? link in the top right.
