Each milestone in a project, both major and minor, will require resources. Resources may include people, time, money, room, products, etc. The resources required depend on the different major life cycle milestone as well as the nature of the project itself. • Skills required for each major milestone (and minor ones as well, if known)
• Explanation of why resources and skills are needed for each milestone
• Possible job titles of people needed for each milestone
Support your paper with a minimum of three (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these
specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may
