Then the next you need choose suitable research method to collect data so as you can answer your research question(s) properly. Right now, the question you sent to me (why people are getting frustrated at the workplace) seems like a VERY broad interview questions, but you need to persuade readers that nobody has answered this question yet. For instance, you may add specific group of people, not "anyone", but male college students? female white teachers?
Please first read at least 5-10 GOOD journal articles related to your topic, and then decide what you really want to do.
