And who or names of financial institutions that fund the real estate project in Nigeria, Zambia and Ghana, and what are the requirements/ procedures for getting local funds?;
3. ? Research and analyze demographic information of the population size working class, business men and politicians in order to determine whether they will be interested in investing in the UK/USA real estate market (this can be in the form of 1or 2-page structured questionnaire to gather/extract further vital information) e.g. would they prefer Equity or Fixed Income Investment? would they be more interested in Commercial properties that Residential? What is the average income/salary of a working class person? etc
