4. Identify Alternatives (300 – 400 words) – Analyze what is currently being done to address
the issue (if anything), and provide alternative feasible suggestions – this should be
specific, not broad.
5. Conclusion/Recommendations (500 – 600 words) – Provide an overall summary of your paper,
give recommendations for policy makers, and outline how you arrived to your conclusions. This
section of your paper should serve also as an Op-Ed, if you want to send your opinion to a blog
or newspaper for publication
