(vi)The proposal needs to be technically feasible and practical for a sole researcher to complete within 12 months with limited resources. Use the template provided to present your proposal.

• CONCLUSION
This section restates the issue and provides the final answer. The Conclusion section directly answers the question presented in the issue section of the IRAC.
