Discussion

Start off by concluding whether you were able to reject Ho and for which experiments. Describe your figures thoroughly here. Changes across conditions, differences between variables, changes in slope etc? Look at your graph and describe exactly what?s going on. Discuss your results significant and non-significant, interactions if any. Then compare them to the experiments listed in your intro. Describe all figures that will be displayed in the accompanying section. Discuss means, std, RT, accuracy, possible errors and confounds and what improvements can be made. Lastly state whether you belief your experiment was a success. Finish off by stating your Ha for the experiments or theories.

Even though the cost of dance can be outrages I am still torn whether dance is worth it or not. I guess the biggest question is; can you afford it? If cost is not a problem then dance helps children with coordination, following instruction, teamwork, discipline, and teaches hard work. Children can be productive during their college years because years of dancing they gain human capital which leads to a job as a dance teacher.

8. Define the term “stakeholder” and give examples of 3 stakeholders. (10 points) Tip: We discussed this in class, but you may want to review Freeman’s article. The definition and examples won’t be hard to find.

9. Fiduciary Duties, Part 2: Briefly summarize the argument that Marens and Wicks give to support the claim that a legal fiduciary duty does not imply that managers are legally required always, and in all situations, to put shareholder interests first. (10 points) Tip: We discussed their argument on 4/18/Wed in conjunction with our evaluation of the article from The Stranger. You can find the handout that summarizes their view in the “Handouts” folder on Angel.

10. Case Question: Review the Fuller Glue case at the end of this document. Leaving the legal aspects of this case aside, discuss Fuller’s moral obligations in this scenario. To what extent are they obligated to go beyond the manufacture of a quality product which is safe when used for its proper purposes? Specifically, would they be wrong not to add the noxious oil to their product? Should they go even further and stop selling their product in these areas? Give a succinct, 3-4 sentence defense of your answer. Then give a succinct, 1-2 sentence rebuttal to your argument. Then, give a succinct 2-4 sentence reply to the objection. Your argument and the rebuttal should draw from our readings when appropriate. (20 points – yes, this 20 pointer will be a bit longer than the others.)
