College Composition Custom Essay

[meteor_slideshow slideshow=”arp1″]

I need one essay and a small writing assignment [TASK 1 (Essay 1) is priority of being done, and actually all I need is a draft for in class peer editing 48 hrs later, please try your best to have a first draft done and send me ASAP and I will have to extend the due days for the proof editing of the final draft after my peer review. Thank you!]
Here are the prompts that assigned by my instructor. Please follow them carefully.

TASK 1

Essay 1: The Review
you?ll be writing a review of a CD, film, or restaurant (I suggest you pick the subject you are the most knowledgeable about). Your review must render judgment about the quality of your subject in a persuasive way that convinces your reader. But more importantly, we?re going to be focusing on how to put a piece of writing together, by examining other reviews and using them as a sort of blueprint for your work.

Step One: Select a subject: Think about what you might want to write about. Have you have an exceptionally good or bad experience recently? The best reviews will cover something you feel strongly about. It?s very hard to write convincingly about a subject you care little for.

Step Two: Make your observations: Once you?ve selected a subject to write about, devote some time to listening to the CD, watching the movie, or eating at the restaurant ? with a notebook to jot down your thoughts! I will ask to see your notes when we peer edit our reviews.

Step Three: Organize your thoughts: Next you?ll take the notes you?ve made and try to organize them for your review. Try to find a controlling idea which pulls your thoughts together and makes it easy for the reader to become informed. While this doesn?t have to be a full outline, you should make some notes about what information will go where in your review.

Step Four: Write up review.

Criteria for Success
Sufficient detail
Focus and organization
Emotional connection with subject
Proofreading, follow-through, and conscientious attention to detail.

There you go. What subject I picked is a film review. And the movie I choose is Cast Away Directed by Robert Zemeckis.
775 words.

TASK 2:

Required references: Sample Essay – The Way of the Gun Review (file uploaded within the order)
Please provide a letter grade and an endnote addressed to the writer explaining the grade. Be sure to point our something the writer has done well as well as something they can improve. Be sure to suggest a specific activity or offer specific advice as to how the writers can improve their essays.

4th Amendment And Stop And Frisk Procedures Custom Essay

[meteor_slideshow slideshow=”arp1″]

Executive Summary Provide a summary overview of your paper.

Section II: Actual Wording/Originating Circumstances
• Identify the year in which the 4th Amendment became a ratified part of the Constitution of the United States. Identify the manner in which the provision was ratified.

• Present the verbatim text of the 4th Amendment, appropriately cited and set off as a separate, highlighted passage or, in the case of lengthier provisions, an indented paragraph. Follow this up with a discussion of the common, general understanding of the provision (e.g. search and seizure).

• Finally, discuss the originating circumstances that led to the 4th Amendment being added to the Constitution centered on inadequacies of the Constitution as framed initially in 1787. Focus here on the circumstances that were seen as important by those who crafted the 4th Amendment and the arguments, pro and con, at the time relative to its inclusion.

Section III: Analysis
• Connects to the Constitutional Amendment to Stop & Frisk procedures.

• Lay out the basic facts surrounding Stop & Frisk procedures. What events have taken place in recent years to elevate the profile of this issue? These events may include court cases, new laws being passed or action-forcing events such as the Sandy Hook school shooting. Paint a picture for the reader that lays out these events and explains their interconnections in bringing the issue to where it is today.

• Identify a major constitutional question relating to the 4th amendment that has been highlighted as part of the debate over this issue. Note any other constitutional provisions implicated in the controversies surrounding your provision, as well as any other major questions tied directly to your provision. As of right now, to what degree has your identified constitutional question been resolved and how? Resolved, unresolved or in process, how has the conduct of public administration been impacted as a result? What near-term (5-10 years) changes in the conduct of public administration may be expected as a result of how this issue seems to be playing out?

American Literature: Puritans get a bad rap. Our contemporary view of “The Puritan” is a usually biased a historical attitude that tells us more about our own prejudices and less about Puritans Custom Essay

[meteor_slideshow slideshow=”arp1″]

Write a paper that addresses the following topic. This paper should have a strong thesis, with strong evidence to support- use specific quotes to support your assertion. Contextualize and analyze what you cite.

Puritans get a bad rap. Our contemporary view of "The Puritan" is a usually biased ahistorical attitude that tells us more about our own prejudices and less about Puritans. Anne Bradstreet is a Puritan poet. Yet, her poems seem remarkably un-puritanical. In order to read her with the proper understanding, we need to set aside the unlearned prejudices and attend to her words, what she says. Therefore, take one of Bradstreet’s poems that we have read: "Before The Birth Of One of Her Children", write the paper and analyze what Bradstreet is saying and what is tells us about this woman and her "puritan" character. Do NOT summarize and jump to biased ahistorical puritan stereotype conclusions. Contextualize and use the poem itself to find out what Bradstreet’s version of a puritan woman really is.
