Statement of the problem:
This dissertation describes and analyzes Turkey’s infrastructure investments in KRG and shows how the unbalanced nature of it is not in the political and development interests of Kurdistan.
Research questions:
1- What is the nature of Turkey’s investments in KRG?
2- To what extent are these investments contributing to Kurdistan’s economic development?
3- What is the state of infrastructure development in Kurdistan?
4- How is Turkey’s infrastructure strategy inimical to KRG’s political and economic development?

According to my point of view more than one theory is applied, the relation between Kurdistan and Turkey is periphery and center relation because its unequal relation. While according to Turkish point of view investment theory is applied.
Turkish companies didn’t invest in KRG and don,t get benefits from Investment Law No,4 year 2006.
