For this assignment, you will complete a brief online course on ethical issues in research called "Protection of Human Research Subjects." This course was developed by the Collaborative IRB Training Initiative (CITI). The course consists of several modules, each of which may be followed by a short quiz. The course will take approximately two to three hours to complete.

Complete the course registration page. (Choose Capella University from the Participating Institutions drop-down menu.)
Click Submit to continue.
On the Select Curriculum page, the first option states, "Select the group appropriate to your research activities. You will be enrolled in the Basic Course for that group." Select Group 2: Learners.
On the Select Curriculum page, the second option states, "Select the group for which you have previously completed an institutionally approved Basic Course in the Protection of Human Research Subjects." Select I have not previously completed an approved Basic Course.
Complete the course.
To receive the completion report, you must complete all required modules with a combined score of 85%.
