Individual Report of Research and Critical Evaluation
Each member of the group should submit an individual report (1500 words not including appendices), which is a critical evaluation of the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for your chosen SME. This should be contrasted to the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for at least one other SME, which has been presented by other groups. Each of your group members should contrast to a different SME. The individual report must be submitted by two weeks from the date of the presentations.
Intelligent use may be made of appendices to include relevant material which is outside the word limit. Your chosen SME should be stated clearly on the front cover of the assignment and you should include a detailed Bibliography.
The my own group and selected other group presentation slides are in the additional file. Please follow these two presentations slides to prepare this paper.

Task Two: (60%) Your mark will depend on your individually written report and
? your critical evaluation of the Entrepreneur for your SME compared those for at least one of the other groups (40%)
? your critical evaluation of the Entrepreneurial Process for your SME compared to that for at least one other SME (40%)
? your critical evaluation of the growth and development of your chosen SME compared to at least one of the other SMEs presented (10%)
? your comparison of your proposals for the future for your chosen small or medium sized enterprise to those for at least one of the other groups(10%).
Percentages are given as a general indicator of the importance of each of the criteria and the mark awarded will take into account the overall performance in the assessment.
GRADE CRITERIA
An excellent (70% and above) piece of work will give an excellent group presentation of excellent research on the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for your chosen SME and an excellent individual critical evaluation of your chosen SME compared to Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Processes from at least one other group?s presentations.
A very good (60 -69%) piece of work will give an very good group presentation of very good research on the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for your chosen SME and a very good individual critical evaluation of your chosen SME compared to Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Processes from at least one other group?s presentations.
A good (50 -59%) piece of work will give a good group presentation of good research on the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for your chosen SME and a good individual critical evaluation of your chosen SME compared to Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Processes from at least one other group?s presentations.

A satisfactory (40 -49%) piece of work will give a satisfactory group presentation of satisfactory research on the Entrepreneur and the Entrepreneurial Process for your chosen SME and a satisfactory individual critical evaluation of your chosen SME compared to Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurial Processes from at least one other group?s presentations.
