Requirements:
1.You must defend all your assertions with specific examples of the work you did in the course. For example, if you believe that reading and writing about poetry increased your understanding of literature, then explain in the most specific terms, what you learned, how you learned it, and how it is important. Follow the same steps for all the reading and writing assignments you choose to discuss. Make specific references to the work you completed in this course to prove your claims about what your learned. Use MLA in-text citations where needed.
2.Your essay must have a clear thesis statement, is well organized, fully developed and argued, and well written in terms of style, grammar and mechanics.
3.The essay must be 750-1,000 words.
4.There is no outline requirement for this essay; but, for your own benefit, do create an outline as preparation for the exam. You may take a copy of this outline with you to the testing center (which the proctor will collect and send to me after you have finished).
5.Create a Works Cited page of literature you quote from the course in your essay; please make sure it follows the MLA general criteria for essay assignments.
