The aged are challenged to cope up with new training or they are regarded as old and they are about to retire so the employer choose not train them. When the employers are considering staff for retention they disregards them and they are mostly not considered for employment to fill vacant positions. Even if the Job environments are mutating very fast, during Job redesign it should be done in such a way that it accommodative both physically challenged and those who are aged.
