Today, there is no clear framework for how quality should be implemented in the most appropriate way. Although organizations differ in their operational definitions of Total Quality Management, common threads exist which span the breadth of business and private enterprise. In today’s globalized market, with interdependent economies of scale and cross-cultural product initiatives, businesses strive to maintain they have strong profit margins and market shares by providing the best possible products and services to their customers, as they will not want their finances to be fluctuating. Making profit is the applause received for taking care of the customers and creating a motivating environment for the people, which work in the business in order to create employee empowerment.
